Notes from a USDA zone 5 shade garden in Southern Wisconsin.
Happy Easter Beth :)
Thanks, you too, Jessica! Soon we'll both have many plants emerging and blooming.
Beautiful garden flowers. I wish you a sunny and joyful Easter.
Thanks, Giga. Happy Easter!
Happy Easter to you too. Rather cold here this morning but there are some winter aconites out.
Sounds lovely! We're having a beautiful spring so far, although we could use some rain. Hopefully it will come soon. Happy Easter!
Right back at you, Beth!
Thanks, Peter. I hope you had a wonderful holiday weekend!
Pretty Easter greetings - same too you Beth :)
Thanks, Angie. Easter blessings to you and yours!
Thanks, Hollis. I hope you had a wonderful Easter!
Happy Easter Beth! .... Michelle
Thanks, Michelle! Peace and joy to you and yours!
Happy Easter to you, Beth! Your lovely bulbs emerging from the earth are a fitting tribute to the season!
Very happy the Snowdrops were blooming when I got home from Florida. And the Crocuses I planted last year and previous years all bloomed this year. Happy Easter. :)
Happy Easter Beth...
Blessings to you and yours, Donna. :)
And to you Beth!
Thanks, Janet! I imagine your garden is really coming into bloom now.
Your veined crocus are irresistible Beth - as are the lemons (been catching up with your recent posts) Refreshing and unusual too. Wishing you Happy Easter and many thanks for your 'visits'.
My pleasure, Laura. Thanks for visiting me, too. Yes, I really enjoyed the striped crocuses, too--before the rabbits ate them. I'll have to transplant to a safer place for next year. ;-)
So nice to see that spring has arrived for you. Hope you had a Happy Easter, too!
Yes, it's been nice to come back to a pleasant early spring. I'm thrilled that the bulk of spring is just ahead of us, Rose. It's such a wonderful season to witness.
Happy Easter to you Beth! I hope all is well with you. Beautiful crocus.
All the best to you and yours, as well, Susie. Thank you. :)
Hope you have had a lovely few days enjoying the sun....Amanda xx
Hi Amanda: Equal parts of sun and nourishing rain, which is perfect for the garden. Thanks!
Pretties! Hope you had a great Easter, Beth. Go Bucky! ☺
Yes, it was nice to be with family. I hope you did, too, Heather. A little let-down last night, but what a season!
Happy Easter to you as well. Is that flower in the upper right a kind of snowdrop?
Cheers, Jason. Yes, it is a snowdrop. A commenter on a previous post mentioned it's unusual for them to have four petals (some do and some don't), so maybe it's a sport or a mutation.
And I hope you and your garden have been enjoying a wonderful Easter Beth.
Thank you, Chloris. Yes, we have. And I wish the same for you. :)
A late happy Easter to you too!!!
Greetings, Lula. And congratulations on your new professional endeavors!
Belated Easter greetings - hope it was a good one!
Thank you, Jane. Yes it was nice to be with family for the holiday. Blessings. :)
I hope you had a wonderful Easter.
