Perfect start to spring!
ReplyDeleteIt's a beautiful spring so far, isn't it? The cooler weather ahead will hold the blooms longer.
DeleteWhat a sweet closeup!
ReplyDeleteI was so surprised to see the bee there. When the weather warmed up, it was gone. :)
DeleteSweet.
ReplyDeleteSeems like a good place to hide and hang out until better weather. ;-)
DeleteGreat capture! Looks like he is in a tunnel of goodness!
ReplyDeleteThank you. I was surprised to see the bee after I gathered the flowers. I just left it there, and when the weather warmed, it flew off. :)
DeleteWhat a lovely photo, the bee looks safe inside the Daffodil.
ReplyDeleteThank you. It seemed so peaceful in there, and spent a few days in that warm cocoon until the weather warmed.
DeleteBeautiful!
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful day!
The daffodils are appreciated by the bees and the people. :) Enjoy your day, too, Lea!
DeleteI love busy bees - great photos!
ReplyDeleteMe, too, Margaret. This bee was resting for a few days in the bloom about a week ago. When the weather warmed, it flew away. :)
DeleteGreat shots!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Jason. :)

ReplyDeleteThank you, Susie! It was such a thrill to find that little bee resting in the flower, and even more of a thrill when it flew out later. It was a safe place for a rest. :)
DeleteYou captured a blissful moment. Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteWhat a perfect backdrop for that bee! :)
ReplyDeleteA good, safe place for a warm rest. :)
DeleteSweet! They're made for each other.
ReplyDeleteAnd what a warm, glowing daffodil. Happy spring!
Yes, indeed. The daffodils have been such a great addition to the garden, for many reasons--beauty, great cut flowers, rabbits don't eat them, and they're bee havens. Happy spring!
DeleteNectar . . .
ReplyDeleteYes, and a great resting place. :)
DeleteGreat photo!
