a glorious sight Beth - floral formations are a miracle in themselves - hope your Easter is equally so!
ReplyDeleteThanks! Yes, it was a lovely Easter. And the Daffodils hit their peak at just the right time. These are mostly Daffodils I planted last fall--I was pleased to see so many different varieties in the batch. And some of them have a lovely scent!
DeletePerfect flowers for Easter. I hope you have a blessed day.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Lisa. Yes, we had a very pleasant Easter--and the Daffodils were right on time!
DeleteSuch a lovely bouquet! Happy Easter to you and your loved ones!

DeleteLove the yellow . .
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter Beth . . .
Happy Easter, Lynne. These are mostly new Daffodils that I planted last fall. I was so happy to see that there were so many varieties in the batch, and they are all large, healthy flowers.
DeleteHappy Easter Beth! I hope you have a beautiful day full of daffodils, candy eggs and more.~~Dee
ReplyDeleteThanks, Dee. I hope you had a wonderful Easter, too. It was a pleasant day with family and all the sweet things you mention. :)

ReplyDeleteHi Lula: Thanks! I hope your Easter was fabulous, too!
DeleteSame to you! Beautiful daffs!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Jason! The Colorblends Daffodils exceeded my expectations!
DeleteSuch beautiful narcissus Beth! Hope you had an nice Easter weekend.
ReplyDeleteYes, Easter was lovely. I hope yours was, too! The Narcissus were much more vibrant and healthy than I expected. I think they like this new spot. :)
DeleteBeautiful flowers!
ReplyDeleteAren't they beautiful? They're new Daffs that I planted last fall, and they're much more vibrant and healthy than I expected. :)
DeleteGreat assortment of daffs. I'm impressed with your doubles as I have had no luck with them
ReplyDeleteMost of these are from a Colorblends Narcissus blend that I planted last fall. I'd never previously planted Daffodils in this particular location (near the house, facing south) ... the location and the healthy bulbs seem to have worked well. Yay!
DeleteCheerful!! :)
ReplyDeleteYes, they are! They're still blooming away as we've had slightly cooler weather the past couple of days. So, the show goes on. :)
DeleteHow great to have such a beautiful selection of daffodils blooming for Easter! I hope you are having a wonderful week!
ReplyDeleteYes, I'm feeling blessed, Deb. It was perfect timing, and as these are a batch of new Daffodils, I was thrilled to see how bright and healthy they are!
DeleteThese photos evoke sunny spring days, so different here as we approach winter. I looked up the meaning of daffodils, and it's very relevant to Easter, about rebirth and new beginnings.
ReplyDeleteYes, perfect timing for us here in the northern hemisphere. Happy autumn to you! I think your autumns and winters down under are much nicer and milder than ours. Winter is not a pleasant time (in my opinion) here in the Midwestern U.S. Enjoy your new season!
DeleteA belated Happy Easter to you, too, Beth! What a gorgeous array of daffodils! I'm already thinking about ordering a few hundred more to plant this fall, though I'm sure come October as I'm digging, I'll wonder what in the world I was thinking:)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Rose! I hope you had a happy Easter, too! I know: It was a little overwhelming when I was digging all those holes last fall, but I'm glad I got all 200 of them planted. They are the best Daffodils I've ever had!
DeleteBeautiful bouquet!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Heather. My new Daffodils were particularly pleasing this spring, so I'm celebrating. :)
