Nearly wordless: shades of gray and a surprise

Did you see the cats?

  1. I could not see the cat until I enlarged the image. I think everyone should make it bigger too. You know how much I like squirrels and you got a pretty nice looking one in your photo. He should know about the cat, even if it is a ghost cat!

  2. Śliczna wiewiórka, a niespodzianka - widzę malutką główkę jakiegoś zwierzątka. Pozdrawiam

  3. @Donna: Thanks. I was playing around with the zoom and then I realized how gray everything was in the photo. The cats are just a fun way to play a "Where's Waldo" type game.

@Giga: Thanks! I guess the previous post shows the vibrant fall colors and this one shows what's left when the leaves are gone. :)

  4. I had to enlarge it to see the cat, too. I do think that would make a good puzzle - but a puzzle with all greys like that would take me all winter long to complete!

  6. @Holley: Yes, it would be a challenging...er...frustrating puzzle.

@Donna: Thanks. Just a little fun game. Thanks so much for linking in to the meme--your post was great! Stay warm!

  7. That would be one difficult puzzle. I'm not sure I saw the "cat" - what is that, a trick of lighting?

  8. That is funny with the image of the watching cat! One of my cats loves to sit/crouch in our screened in porch and watch all the critters that pass by in hope that one day he will be allowed outside to chase them.

It would make a great but terribly hard puzzle!

  9. @Sheila: It's just a ghosted image of my two cats that I inserted into the photo. I didn't want to make it too obvious. :)

@Indie: I got the idea of the ghosted image from my son. I thought it would be fun to try it with the squirrel image. Cats are fun, aren't they?!
