Still looking good, Beth!
ReplyDeleteIt was fun to force the Daffodil indoors. I don't think I've ever done that with Daffodils before. It was a very tight bud, but the flower really showed its face today. :)
DeleteHeralding spring! You are a bit ahead of us. No snow but it has turned colder for the last week and into possibly through next week so a slow garden opening.
ReplyDeleteHey Donna: We haven't had much snow this winter. We're in a drought. A little recent rain has helped, but we need more. Hope spring happens soon for you, and that we'll both have a good growing season. :)
DeleteHi Beth, I do love the bright yellow... hope we do not get nasty storms with the strange weather forecast for the weekend.
ReplyDeleteCarla
I've never "forced" Daffodils before, from bud to bloom. It seemed to work pretty well, so I'll probably do it again in the future. Several spring plants are blooming now. We, too, will be cold and potentially have snow on Sunday night, so I'll cover a few plants. But the rest are on their own...
